Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
Stronger Tool Australia
1. Overview
At Stronger Tool, we design and supply heavy-duty workshop equipment built for long-term use. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and warranty claims are handled and operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items (First 30 Days)
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible return reasons:
- Manufacturing defect
- Damage sustained during delivery
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return or replacement, please email our support team with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage
If approved, we will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) and provide return instructions.
4. Return Shipping & Inspection
- If a fault or delivery damage is confirmed, Stronger Tool will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
- All returned products are inspected upon receipt before a refund or replacement is approved.
5. Refunds & Replacements
If a manufacturing defect or delivery damage is confirmed, we will:
- Replace the product with the same or equivalent item, or
- Issue a full refund to the original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
6. Warranty Coverage
6.1 Structural Warranty (Frames, Trays & Welds)
All Stronger Tool products include a 5-year automatic structural warranty, covering:
- Main steel frame
- Steel trays
- Welded joints
To extend this coverage to a 10-year structural warranty, customers must register their product.

6.2 Wheel & Castor Warranty
All wheels and castor components are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
6.3 What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, chips, surface marks)
- Damage caused by misuse, overloading, impact, or improper use
- Modification or unauthorised alteration
- Normal wear items beyond their stated warranty period
7. Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of usage
We stock products locally in Australia and aim to resolve genuine warranty claims promptly and fairly.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure, and
- Repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
